beautiful, secluded mountain setting.

Frog and Lily Pad are great choices for honeymooners
that want the great combination of a luxury, private cabin
with close access to great hiking here in the High Country.
Grandfather Mountain, Roan Mountain, Linville Falls/Gorge,
Blue Ridge Parkway and just a short drive from your front
porch. Blowing Rock shopping/restaurants are about 20
miles/30 minutes and Banner Elk/Beech Mountain a similar
distance. Hiking is available right on the property. Wetland
trails and 8 acres of mountain are right outside your door.
Both Tree Frog and Lily Pad are pet-friendly.

tear yourself away from the cabin, Banner Elk restaurants
are just a short drive (7 miles). Valle Crucis (the famous
Mast Store and Mast Farm Inn) are down the mountain about
5-6 miles.

view of Grandfather Mtn. As you step onto the wraparound
decking, the view will appear right in front of your eyes.
Whether you are soaking in the private hot tub, grilling on
the charcoal grill, rocking on the front porch, eating a
picnic lunch, relaxing in the hammock or enjoying the gas
log fireplace, the view of Grandfather is right there for
you. Inside, an intimate atmosphere wraps around you as you
enter. The living room, kitchen, powder room and laundry
areas are on the main level. Upstairs, there are two
bedrooms – one with a king size bed – the other has 2
twins. When you decide to leave the cabin for a while,
Grandfather Mtn, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Linville Falls
are just a quick drive.
